Yoke deflection cable. Make sure your horizontal yoke resistance is between 1 ohm - 2.2 ohms, if not, change or change the yokenya. Connect red and blue to horizontal (1 - 2.2 ohms). Connect the colors green and yellow (black and white) to the vertical (5 - 25 ohm). Install the yoke deflection connector on the connector that is already available on the PCB Chassis TV correctly. Inverted installation will damage the vertical IC of LA 78040 or R vertical 180 ohm2. Connect the ground cable from the tube to the pin located on the PCB socket CRT, Make sure the ground cable is connected properly! If not, IC Program can be damaged due to short circuit !!! Connect the flyback header to the CRT tube properly and carefully. leakage installation or leeway can damage PCB Chassis in total4. Connect the antenna cable, button panel, remote sensor, and AV panel correctly5. Connect the power switch to the PCB Chassis TV, and turn on TV6. When you disconnect all connections from the PCB to the TV tube (CRT), after installation or test, the VOLTAGE REST from the Flyback Transformer must be thrown first into the GROUND TV tube. If you dispose / neutralize the rest of the Flyback Transformer voltage to any part of the machine, it may occur in the IC Program / image IC / Tuner or regulator part7. The remaining 180 volt voltage on the pcb socket RGB must also be thrown first into the GROUND TV tube to avoid damage to the PCB CHASSIS TV
Instructions for the FREEDOM limit and HOLDING of HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL image limits: 1. In the FACTORY position, press the CALL button, to extract a BLACK or WHITE SQUARE pattern, making sure the width of the box pattern between left and right is equal and balanced.2. If the image is less wide or too wide, use 5 horizontal options located next to the Flyback Transformer. Select one of the horizontal pins (red yoke cable PIN) is best for the appropriate width of the image size.3. If the image is still less or too wide a little 0.5 - 1.5 cm left and right, replace the collector C section with a larger or smaller value gradually, Ensure capacitor voltage capacities 1600 - 2000 volts. Capacitor changes must be carefully and correctly.4. If the image is less wide or too wide more than 4 -5 cm, use additional YOKEWANSONIC TRAFO (optional) to overcome the lack or width of the image without changing any capacitors. CAUTION: Changes C of the horizontal collector section should be done correctly and carefully to avoid overheating which can damage the horizontal part of PCB CHASSIS TV
Instructions for DATA SERVICE - F MODE: 1. From REMOTE press the button in the hole (on the bottom right) repeatedly (2 - 3x) or Press MENU button repeatedly until SEARCH / SEE CHANCE. Press P + / P key to select TARGET PO S. Press 2438 or 6483 or 6568 or sequentially, then F 0 will appear. In the F MODE position: Use P + / P- and V + / V- keys to select and change the desired value.Use button 1 -7 to enter the DATA SERVICE F1 menu - F7.Use the SLEEP button to display 4 TEST SIGNAL types (BLACK, WHITE, BOX PATTERN). To exit the DATA SERVICE F MODE press DISP repeatedly.2. To access F8 - F15, at position F7, press 2438 or 6483 or 6568.3. For F16 access, at position F8, press 6483, adjust VCEN to 20, if needed to overcome black blocking at bottom of screen, 14 "- 21" / 25 "- 34" CRT.
Instructions for SETTING LOGO DISPLAY: 1. In the Audio Video (A / V) position, tap the code 2483 or 6483 or 6568. Use MENU and P +, P-, V +, V- buttons for setting LOGO.2. When finished press DISP button 1x to save the logo settings.instructions for LOCKED IMAGES or CHILD LOCK: To remove the KEY image position, press the CALL button 1x, then press & hold CALL button for the second time again until the LOOK image on the screen disappears. Press & hold CALL button for approximately 7 seconds, and disconnect, then the screen will be locked by marking the KEY image at the bottom left of the screen.CAUTION: It is recommended that all original values of DATA SERVICE settings be recorded & stored first. Improper change of setting values in either RGB or otherwise, may cause interference in PCB Chassis TV.To fix damage to IC 24C08 resulting from wrong data service settings, IC 24C08 can be replaced directly with new one without the need to programmed first. make sure the IC 24C08 to be used is 100% NEW & EMPTY without any content. Once replaced, turn on the PCB Chassis as usual, then the 24C08 IC will be programmed automatically.DETAILED INFORMATION FOR FACTORY SETTING COLOR IMAGE IN F2: This value is only a baseline!
